  • From the website:

    1. Go to the class schedule and click Book next to your chosen class

    2. On class details page, click Book Class

    3. Select Book for someone else (in fine print)

    4. Add them as a related contact if they’re not already in your list - just click Add related contact and enter their name and email address

    5. Choose their existing plan or purchase a new one for them

    6. Click confirm booking or Purchase & book the person you’re booking for will see the class in their upcoming bookings once it’s confirmed. You’ll need to make sure they have an active plan or be ready to purchase one for them during the booking process.

  • From the website:

    1. Go to pricing and click “buy now” on what you want to purchase

    2. On the payment page, click “redeem gift card”

    3. Enter your gift card code and click apply

    4. Complete purchase

    On the home page, click the “Log In” button in the top right corner, and you’ll see the option to create a new account.

    Fill out your personal information, sign our waiver form, and then click create account at the bottom of page.

    1. Log into your account and go to My Account

    2. Look for Related contacts below your details and click it

    3. Click Add Related contacts

    4. Enter their name and email, then click Add related contacts

  • Our 90-minute sessions give you full access to our cozy lounge space, complete with complimentary tea and a filtered osmosis water station. We offer private change-rooms, secure lockers, and all the essentials you’ll need for your visit — towels, a robe, and sandals. Just bring your bathing suit and settle in.

    Under The Rose is a sauna social club, which means you’re welcome to enjoy the ambient, calming atmosphere or chat and connect with others in our community.

    • Outside, you’ll find our wellness circuit:

    • Three cold plunge tubs set at varying temperatures to suit every comfort level

    • A spacious dry sauna that comfortably fits up to 20 guests

    Come relax, reset, and enjoy some chill tunes as you move through your session at your own pace.
