Where are you located?

1024 Main St (The Ellis Building) - There are two entrances 1 in front 1 in the back. When you book you will be informed whether to use the front or back entrance depending on the date and time of day.

1. National ave to Prior St. on Station street 2hr free parking.

2. Pacific central station or station street paid parking.

3. Science world paid parking

4. Main st. 2 hour parking, after 630pm weekdays and anytime on weekends.

What is the capacity for the space?

20 people unless for a special event - please contact for larger parties.

What comes with a booking?

Towel, robe + sandal service, complimentary tea and filtered water, lounge area access

How cold are the tubs?

We have 3 tubs, 2 of them ranging from 1-4 degrees celsius and one slightly warmer ranging from 7-10 celsius

How hot is the sauna?

We keep our 20 person sauna between 180-200f

What do I need to bring?

You only need a bathing suit, everything else is provided. However you're more than welcome to bring your own sandals and water bottle (please make sure no glass)

Is there an age minimum?

Minimum age of 18 is required. Unless booking the facility for a private event and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
